Delivery and returns

Q Are there any delivery charges?

A: Delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders over £125 ex VAT - Free For orders under the value of £125.00 ex VAT, a standard non-refundable delivery charge of £8.49 (plus VAT) will apply. Timed delivery for Pallet Quantity Orders - additional charges may be applicable for timed delivery of pallet quantity orders. Deliveries to addresses outside UK mainland - Please email us for a delivery charge quotation at [email protected] Please ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number and postcode are entered when ordering to avoid delays and additional re-delivery charges.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered (UK mainland address)?

A: Depending on the day and time your order is placed: Orders placed and paid before 1 pm (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) allow 1-3 working days. For large orders on pallets, allow 2 – 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Q: Do your prices include delivery?

A: No. Please see the delivery charges in point 3 above.

Q: Do you deliver to remote areas?

A: Yes. The delivery charge will be calculated based on the courier’s rate. Please email us with the complete delivery address.

Q: I have already placed an order. Can I add to my order?

A: No. Once you have placed the order and paid for it you cannot add to it. No, you cannot amend the order after the payment has been processed.

Q: What do I do if items are missing from my order?

A: Please notify us by email to [email protected] within 3 working days. We will investigate and try to resolve any issues relating to your order. Please note on occasions our courier may deliver an order in multiple deliveries.

Q: I have received an incorrect order.

A: Please notify us by email to [email protected] within 3 working days and send pictures of incorrect products received. We will investigate and despatch the correct item as soon as possible (subject to stock availability).

Q: I haven’t received my order yet.

A: We use DPD for all orders to UK mainland addresses. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification from DPD with your tracking number. You can track your order in real time on the DPD website or App.

Q: I need to return my order. What do I need to do?

A: Please email us on [email protected] and we will revert with our returns process.

Orders and Samples

Q: Can anyone order on the Uber eats website?

A: Only customers / restuarants who have been approved by Uber Eats can place orders via this website.

Q: Is there a minimum order required?

A: There is no minimum order, however, for orders under £125.00 ex VAT, a standard non-refundable delivery charge of £8.49 (plus VAT) will be applied.

Q: Can I order less than the case quantity?

A: No. We do not open the boxes for hygiene reasons.

Q: I don’t know what product is the best for me. Can I test it first?

A: You can request samples directly from our website. Click on ‘request sample’ and complete the form.

Q: Are the samples free?

A: Yes, samples are free of charge. We do not charge Uber Eats partner restaurants handling or postage.
