Shipping fees and returns policy

Standard UK Mainland Deliveries Only

Free delivery to UK mainland addresses for orders of a minimum total value of £99 excluding VAT.
A standard non-refundable delivery charge of £6.99 (plus VAT) is applicable to all orders of a total value under £99 excluding VAT.

For UK mainland orders completed before 1.00pm, we will endeavour to deliver between 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri), subject to availability and with the exception of public bank holidays.

Larger bulk orders which exceed our courier rates will be delivered by pallet within 2-3 working days between 9am-5pm. (Additional charges may apply for timed delivery with our pallet company, subject to availability).

Please ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number and postcode is given when ordering to avoid any delays and additional charges for goods to reach you.

All deliveries must be checked, counted and signed for at point of delivery. All failed delivery attempts may be either returned or held awaiting further instructions. We reserve the right to re-charge any additional delivery costs to re-attempt delivery.

Additional Delivery Notes and Additional shipping charges due to location

The following postcode areas classified as “remote” by our carrier will incur additional shipping charges (charges will be based on the total weight and dimension of the consignment): Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50,

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 as well as Northern and Southern Ireland.

If you would like your order shipped to any of the postcodes listed above, or to a non-mainland UK address such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, please contact us to request a quote for the shipping charge prior to placing your order. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight, dimensions and delivery destination of the order and we will advise you of the shipping charge before we take the payment for it and complete your order.

Working Days Explained:

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays). Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday).

European & International Deliveries

We can offer a wide range of shipping options to Europe and other countries worldwide. Please complete your order online and one of our sales advisors will be in touch to confirm our available shipping options and charges. Please note due to Brexit, custom procedures have now changed for sending goods out from the UK into Europe. Enviropack will not be held liable for any local custom clearance charges, import taxes or duties required at destination (please check with your local agent prior to ordering)

Returns

We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery). The return must be confirmed in writing prior to the goods being collected or dispatched and a 20% handling & re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund made (unless the goods were defective when delivered). You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 3 working days from receipt of order. There will also be a minimum collection charge of £20+VAT for us to arrange collection for any unwanted items.
