1. What if I am not satisfied with the products I ordered?
We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return. All you have to do is to notify us which items are being returned by emailing [email protected].
A restocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods being returned will be applicable, unless the goods were defective when delivered. The 20% charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Collection charge for returns will vary between £20 to £30 depending on the size of the order. Payment for collection charge will have to be made prior to the collection.
There is no return for free samples.
2. When will I receive my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. See the 'tracking your delivery' section on our delivery page for more information.
